The apartment was larger than expected with plenty of space for our family. The Co-op next door was very convenient for any shopping needs. The hosts were welcoming, gave us great local tips and were easy to contact. The apartment was well-equipped with lovely arrival gifts like gin and tonic, shortbread, and Haribo.
Felt like home, nothing to complain about.

Talisker was a hidden gem! The value for money was exceptional, and the room was spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The location was perfect, with a beautiful forest walk right on our doorstep and plenty of restaurants and amenities nearby. The staff, Sharon and Greg, were delightful and made us feel so welcome with their thoughtful welcome pack and great local tips.
The breakfast offerings could have been improved with a wider variety of choices.

This place was absolutely mind-blowing! The apartment was super spacious and clean with amazing added extras. The bathroom was fantastic, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the living room was great with added bonuses like coffee/tea and sauces. The location was ideal, with easy access to shops, restaurants, beaches, and tourist attractions. The Co-op being just a minute away made self-catering a breeze. The owner even went above and beyond by leaving gin and tonics in the fridge! Can't recommend this place highly enough!

the location of the hotel was excellent. It was conveniently situated near the main road, making it easy to access nearby attractions such as beaches, castles, and the battlefield. There was also a Co-op supermarket just a minute's walk away, which made it incredibly convenient for self-catering. It was great to have everything I needed for my stay so close by. despite the minor inconveniences, I had a pleasant stay at the hotel and enjoyed exploring the surrounding area.
The beds in the room were not very comfortable. They were a bit too hard for my liking and made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
